TOP 10 MOST OUTSTANDING CAMPAIGNS ON SOCIAL MEDIA IN AUGUST 2025

The “Tự Hào Việt Nam” (Proud Vietnam) campaign rises to lead the August 2025 chart, followed by “Fandom Yêu Nước” (Patriotic Fandom). Red Bull’s “Bản Lĩnh Tới Cùng – Húc Tới Đi,” Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold7 | Z Flip7, Warrior’s “Ngon Hết Nấc – Vui Hết Cỡ,” and OMO’s “Chơi Là Chất Ngại Gì Bẩn” maintain stable positions in the rankings. In addition, Manulife’s “Chọn Xanh Cho Khỏe” and “Bia Saigon Dragon Cup 2025” make their mark with a series of creative engagement activities. Notably, Vinamilk’s “Sữa Chua Ăn – Kết Từ Nết Bụng” and vivo’s “Vivo V60 5G” appear for the first time in the BSI Top10 Campaigns rankings.

  • Proud Vietnam topped the communication campaigns celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2), launched by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in collaboration with Kenh14.vn and various media outlets. The campaign introduced a new youthful, modern brand identity, sparking patriotism across social media. Many young people changed their Facebook avatars as a way to show support. The hashtag #tuhaovietnam, within the campaign framework, attracted over 197,000 posts on TikTok with the participation of celebrities such as singer Kieu Anh, Phuong My Chi, and MC Khanh Vy.
  • “Patriotic Fandom”—a creative project by Kenh14.vn—was also a campaign dedicated to the 80th National Day celebration. To amplify its impact, Kenh14.vn frequently shared stories about preparations for the holiday from diverse perspectives, such as: the best streets to watch the military parade, hundreds of residents gathering on Nguyen Son Street to witness the transport of the aircraft once used by President Ho Chi Minh, and a veteran who had marched in the parade at the square 60 years ago. Patriotic Fandom generated more than 66,000 quality discussions from users, ranking just behind Proud Vietnam.
  • “Dare to the Last – Charge Forward” by Red Bull continued its momentum, making it into the BSI Top 10 Campaigns ranking for the fourth month in a row. Buzz centered around Red Bull Húc Fest on September 7, featuring big-name artists like Son Tung M-TP, Rhyder, HURRYKNG, and Chi Pu. Activities like ticket hunts, lineup anticipation, and performance predictions made the festival the focal point of campaign discussions.
  • Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold7 | Z Flip7 campaign drove conversations in two main ways: (1) engaging mini-games across community pages and tech forums; and (2) trusted KOLs simultaneously releasing positive product reviews. Although this approach was familiar from Samsung’s past promotional efforts, it remained effective, earning over 210,000 discussions—second only to Proud Vietnam.
  • “Extremely Delicious – Extremely Fun” by Warrior gained visibility through its partnership with the show Em Xinh Say Hi. The ticket hunt event at Life4Cuts Nguyen Hue attracted large numbers of young people, while contestants from Em Xinh actively promoted the campaign, helping Warrior engage closely with Gen Z audiences.
  • “Play with Style, Don’t Fear the Dirt” by OMO marked its second consecutive month in the BSI Top 10 Campaigns. The highlight was the Music Fortress event, featuring two nights of concerts with hot artists such as SOOBIN, Rhyder, and Phuong My Chi. Ticket hunts and fan-captured videos fueled lively discussions across platforms.
  • “Yogurt Eating – Good Gut, Good You” by Vinamilk scored points with its launch of new yogurt flavors through collaborations with KOLs and KOCs in the health and wellness space. This lifestyle-driven approach maintained steady engagement, especially among users interested in nutrition and healthy living.
  • “Choose Green for Health” by Manulife brought a fresh approach to the insurance industry. Through weekly mini-games and challenges, the campaign sustained community interest. In particular, the TikTok challenge “Turn on GREEN mode – quickly overcome obstacles” was enthusiastically received, spreading the message of “insurance that remains youthful and dynamic.”
  • Saigon Beer Dragon Cup 2025, an international 7-a-side football tournament featuring teams from Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia, also made the BSI Top 10. In addition to exciting matches, the organizers cleverly combined Zalo and Facebook mini-games with valuable prizes to spark discussions among fans—making it one of the few sports campaigns to enter the ranking.
  • Vivo V60 5G drew attention through its collaboration with singer Quang Hung MasterD. The campaign not only tied the brand to his MV Thả Anh Ra but also made an impact with the product launch event featuring his live performance. Mini-games centered on Quang Hung MasterD kept the campaign buzzing throughout the month.
